The Boat is Looking like a Boat

The past two days have been filled with epoxy as we have glued the first two sheer planks onto the chine. These two have been the most time consuming and have taken a day apiece since they attach to a beveled edge on the logs and require a number of dry fits and tuning before gluing.

With these two planks on the hull the rest will be a breeze, as they will attach to a square edge and follow the shape of our interior molds. Once the epoxy kicks, we will finish gluing our scarfs together and work on fitting the next planks.
